RYAN GUO

Ryan Guo

My work explores how we develop our own judgement and expression as AI changes what we can create.

I bring art and technology together through The Age of Aesthetic Intelligence, which I founded, and Dawnmakers, which I co-founded.

The Age of
Aesthetic Intelligence

A platform for art, human judgement and expression.

I founded The Age of Aesthetic Intelligence to bring art, research and collaboration into a continuing public platform. Its first exhibition invites young creators to explore identity through their own work.

Why I started it & my role

From one exhibition to a continuing platform.

I shaped the platform’s direction and its relationship to the first exhibition. My work spans the visual identity, website, creator invitation and the relationships that support the project.

The first exhibition, The Age of Aesthetic Intelligence: Who Am I?, is now inviting young creators to take part.

The project brings together partners and supporters, with non-cash resources secured and interest from students and creators.

Dawnmakers

Helping young founders
find their people.

I co-founded Dawnmakers for young people building AI products and startups who want to meet others working on their own ideas.

I work on how members introduce their projects, discover shared interests and start conversations with potential collaborators.

About
Ryan Guo.

I work on both the creative decisions and the practical work that brings a project to other people.

My practice includes design, software, film and collaborative painting. Across these, I care about choosing a form that fits the idea, refining the details and finding the people who can help take it further.

The painting you’re moving through.

I co-created the painting behind this site with Dr. Yi-Chen Guo, Distinguished Professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, as part of the Ode to Lotus Flower series.

Its ink, colour and open space became the starting point for this website.
